Wanneer u een bestand downloadt, slaat uw browser het gedownloade bestand op in zijn cache. Als de eerste download op een of andere manier corrupt was, dan zullen volgende downloads dat ook zijn, omdat ze uit de cache worden gehaald!
Om dit probleem op te lossen, wist u in uw browser de cache en downloadt u MediaMonkey opnieuw. Afhankelijk van uw browser wordt het wissen van de cache meestal gedaan via Extra > Opties .
